The first step in our process is to see if we can help the potential client.  This is a simple process done without obligation.  We discuss the client's

needs and where they are now.  We don’t expect the client to prepare anything, just to be available to talk.  Organizational Insight will then develop a proposal which includes services, time lines and total cost.
